Who to send Emails to at Nipomo Community Services District (NCSD)

To be placed on the meeting notification list you need to sign up at:

When sending emails to NCSD request that they will need to be forwarded to the board members.

You can address your comments to the NCSD Board or a given board member.

If there is an agenda item, note the date and item number and state that this is a comment on that item and request that they be placed in the Board meeting records.

To get comments in the board packet for an agenda item before it is heard, ask the NCSD Staff to forward an email as part of the board packet. It must be at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.

At regular meetings Public comment on items on the agenda are made at the time of the agenda item is heard..

If you would like to talk on an item that is not on the agenda then there is a public comment period, check the agenda for the time it is held.
